| Description: | Rare and unusual Chess set from early 1900, possibly even earlier. The chess pieces are made of some soft elastic vinal-plastic material and the shapes of the pieces, in the style of the period, are printed on white and gold surface. The underside of the white pieces is black while for the gold pieces it is red. The chess pieces are stored in their original cardboard cylinder of which the top is also made of the same black material. Excellent condition for such old chess set. Sale. 2021. |
