| Description: | What an awesome and very unique chess set! This is a replica set of an original set found in the Captains cabin of a sunken Spanish Galleon off the Florida coast, or so the story goes.
It is still a really fun set. The mat rolls up and has its own carrying case. The mat and pouch are a synthetic material and has some minor scuff marks as well as some fraying to the edges.
The chess pieces are uniquely designed, double (e.g., horse made with two heads and bent in the middle to provide the 3D structure to provide the needed basis for the pieces. All the pieces are in excellent condition. |
