| Description: | Made of 64 individual square made of copper / tin alternating colors. This is framed by a beautifully etched decorative brass enclosure. The sides and bottom of the board are covered with a thin brass sheet. All this seems to be nailed into and covering a wood base with small brass nails - four for each square and many more all around. Our count is that there must be 250-300 nails around this board and seems that hey are all there! A fantastic piece of art from Nepal. Overall 8" x 8", square . Excellent vintage condition. Sale. |
